We had a great experience staying at this place. The location was ideal, just outside the city walls, making it convenient for exploring the city's attractions. The hotel was clean and modern, with comfortable rooms equipped with all the necessary amenities such as air conditioning, free Wi-Fi, and a flat-screen TV. The staff was friendly and provided exceptional service, ensuring our needs were met during our stay. We also enjoyed the convenience of having a Weatherspoons pub on-site, where we could grab a drink or a meal without having to venture far. the hotel provided a comfortable and enjoyable experience.

The hotel was right in the center of town, making it very convenient for exploring this city. The staff were friendly and accommodating, ensuring a quick and pleasant check-in process. The hotel is perfectly located right in the city centre, just minutes away from the bustling Christmas markets, which were the highlight of our visit. It is also conveniently situated across the road from the city walls, allowing for easy exploration of the historic sites. The rooms are comfortable with amenities such as a TV, tea and coffee facilities, iron, and hairdryer. The friendly staff made check-in a breeze, and the breakfast was a great start to the day.
The cleanliness of the pub floor on the ground level was a little lacking.

Hotel was fairly clean and in a nice enough area adjacent to town centre as well as restaurants/bars and pubs. The staff there was brilliant. They had an early check-in too. Very central location was a plus. Tried some takeout specials at Papa John's, luckily it was within easy walking distance of the venue.

Everything was fine, including highly efficient staff and unbeatable location near to town centre. The double room was brand-new with a huge bathroom. Having shower facilities, a hairdryer and bath sheets was a bonus.
